Job Overview
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to fulfill those needs.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
- Coordinate the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external hiring companies and other talent sources.
- Provide timely updates and assistance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
