Marketing Internship Overview: Are you looking for an internship that will challenge you daily in a fun yet professional environment? What You’ll Do:

• Shadow & Train: Work closely with marketing staff in P&C insurance to learn industry practices and gain hands-on experience. You'll be trained as if you were a full-time employee — no busy work!
• Program Development and Analysis: Assist in developing and analyzing P&C insurance programs to ensure clients have the appropriate coverage and help create your own marketing plan.
• Client and Prospect Support: Provide support to Account Executives by reviewing prospect data to identify and address any gaps.
• Quoting and Marketing: Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate insurance premiums, terms, and conditions. Compare quotes to determine the best options for our prospects and clients, ensuring our agency meets production goals with insurance carriers.
• Carrier Meetings: Participate in carrier meetings, help coordinate events, and build strong relationships with insurance carriers through social engagements.
• Additional Projects: Support various marketing and insurance-related projects to keep our team up-to-date with industry changes — all while having fun!
• Innovation and Collaboration: Work with our leadership team on new ideas and projects to drive company growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Working towards a BA or BS.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-Oriented: Strong commitment to service excellence.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with part-time options available.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM, with an hour lunch break.
• Fridays: 8 AM - 12 PM for some extra summer fun!
