Summer Student Positions in the Foundry

Job Overview

A. Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. will be hiring a limited number of summer co-workers to work in the foundry. Positions on all shifts will be available beginning in mid-May and running through late August. We encourage immediate family members of our employees to apply.

This position will be responsible for completing a variety of production jobs ranging from casting, sorting, material handling, machine operation and cleanup.

Requirements for hire:

• Must be at least 18 years old by May 1st. 
• Be enrolled as a college student for the fall semester.
• GPA of at least 2.0
• Must be a full-time college student (12 credit hours)
• No break in education

A physical and 6-panel (no THC) drug screen required.
