Location: SW Wisconsin

Wage: $95k - $130k+ / year + 10% bonus

Direct Hire Opportunity

A local southwest Wisconsin manufacturer is seeking a hands-on leader responsible for working alongside and supervising a team of engineers to drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Colleague Engagement.  Responsible for inhouse shop’s effectiveness.  This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll.

What You Get To Do:

• Leading and developing process improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery
• Leads and participates in cross functional teams
• Drives problem solving to root cause and permanent corrective action
• Drives cadence and accountability to meet improvement goals
• Tracks and reports on KPI’s
• Forecast, tracks and assures reporting of all projects
• Collaborates with other leaders towards meeting plant specific objectives

• Participates in safety programs via regular assignments while complying with OSHA and EBC standards, provides input into performance evaluations of related subordinates, collaborates with supervisor, co-workers, and teams to meet departmental and company objectives.
• Provide Mentoring and Training within organization.

What We Need From You:

• BS degree required. Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 7 + years in manufacturing and or production environment
• Software Skills: MS Office, SAP, CMMS, SolidWorks
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
