Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing business analytics that enable identification, prioritization, and justification of improvement programs that optimize global supply chain performance. You will have the opportunity to be part of the solution by communicating recommendations to all levels of management.
The schedule is Monday through Friday and includes first shift hours. The location of this position is flexible, but must be in close vicinity to a CE branch. To see an up-to-date listing of branch locations, click HERE.
What You'll Do:

Analyze supply chain and operational data, and identify key trends, correlations, and improvement areas (e.g. order mgmt., freight, service level, inventory optimization, and lead time improvement); Build and maintain methodology and tools for ongoing analysis.

Ability to align and understand relationship and constraints between analytics, processes, and business requirements. Model impact of to-be scenarios.

Support and lead projects, develop the approach, communicate plans and tasks to divisional and global participants, manage project to timeline, and successfully achieve project goals.

Identify improvement opportunities for current systems, accounting, and reporting methods.

Lead the development of analytics and inventory planning teams, demonstrating excellent skills in analytical reasoning and has a high degree of skill working with calculations and numbers with attention to detail and accuracy.
What You'll Have:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related fields, or 3-5 years of direct experience in supply chain activities preferred.

The ability to travel throughout the CESCO territories occasionally; Must meet Crescent Electric Supply Company’s driving requirements.
