Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Management-Order Fulfilment Specialists for John Deere located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will execute a sourcing strategy to support Order Fulfillment production needs. In addition, you will…

Ensure or manage the development and implementation of enterprise/divisional strategies, defining and integrating supply chains that support Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process
Develop, build, and maintain an ongoing relationship with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, measure the performance of the supplier, and define corrective actions, obtain assistance from other functional representatives such as quality, product engineering, etc. as appropriate
Lead and/or support the negotiation of supply agreements with specific suppliers resulting in the company meeting overall goals in quality, continuity of supply etc.
Provide work direction and/or coaching as necessary to less experienced supply management personnel

What Skills You Need

2 or more years of Supply Management experience
2 or more years of experience with SAP
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to organize oneself in a fast-paced environment
Excellent people, communication, and relationship management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and databases

Experience leading cross-functional teams
Logistics and inventory analysis skills
Project Management experience
Experience with Tableau and PowerBI

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management or Business/Management or equivalent related work experience
