Job Title: Table Associate – Cheese Production

Express Employment in Platteville WI has partnered with a local business in MUSCODA WI to search for a candidate to support their business in a Table Associate. This is a full-time position.

Job Description:

The Table Associate helps maintain product quality and safety throughout the cheese production process. You’ll work on essential production tasks, follow safety rules, and support a clean, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with daily tasks:

  • Rotate positions as needed

  • Use equipment properly

  • Perform cleaning and keep records

• Support production flow:

  • Retrieve ingredients and tools

  • Report any food safety or quality issues right away

  • Notify Maintenance of equipment problems

• Learn and follow SOPs, including:

  • Shoveling

  • Salting

  • Adding ingredients

  • Tower filling/operation

  • Sanitation and cleaning

• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs):

  • Wear proper protective gear (hair restraints, gloves, aprons)

  • Wash hands and change gloves regularly

  • Stay in designated areas and follow traffic patterns

• Keep the workplace safe and professional

• Follow all food safety and company policies

• Do other tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Food or manufacturing experience is a plus

• Must follow instructions and safety rules

• Able to stand, move, and lift during long shifts

• Team player with strong work ethic

Hours: 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM (Rotating 12s)
