POSITION DESCRIPTION
TABLES GAMES TRAINER
Â
BASIC FUNCTION
- Responsible for training of the Table Games Team Members according to our policies, procedures and IRGC gaming regulations
Â
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to: Casino Operations Manager
Â
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Will train potential and current dealers on all games Q Casino offers, per Internal Controls and IRGC Regulations
-
Will train dealers on customer relations and ensure Team Members understand quality service
-
Will train Dual Rate Supervisors on proper protocol so they are able to protect company assets and maintain the integrity of the games per Internal Controls and IRGC Regulations

Conduct assessments of skill levels, knowledge, and training needs of Table Games Team Members

Responsible for creating or changing Rules of the Game

Work with Senior Management to align training goals with departmental objectives

Responsible for skill development and learning programs

Create training schedules to make the most effective use of training room

Other assigned responsibilities

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
-
High School Diploma
-
1-2 years table games experience
-
1-2 years supervisory experience

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
- Good leadership skills
- Good oral communication skills
- Good written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must know all Q Casino Table Games including Roulette and Craps
- Reasonable knowledge of applicable mathematical skills
- Must be able and willing to work non-traditional schedules, particularly nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to resolve customer disputes professionally and courteously
- Must be knowledgeable of IRGC rules and regulations
- Must be knowledgeable to Q Casino internal controls
- Must possess a valid IRGC gaming license
