Description
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to meet organizational goals and address individual skill gaps, including facilitating workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Implement and administer the company’s Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Track and assess learning effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making improvements as needed.
- Maintain and update e-learning platforms and training documentation to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding.
- Serve as a Safety Committee ad-hoc member, attend regular meetings and develop safety training as needed.
- Provide project coordination support for company-wide projects as identified.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communicator (oral and written) with strong customer service skills and the ability to maturely handle challenging conversations.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with ability to relate well with others.
- Sound organizational skills with attention to detail and the drive to get things done and done well.

- Communicate regularly with HR Manager of Recruiting and CHRO regarding training, development and project management priorities and plans while operating relatively autonomously on a day to day basis.
- Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with leaders, employees, and customers.
- Collaborate with leaders, HR, and other subject matter experts to identify and develop performance-driven training programs.
- Design, organize, plans, and deliver onboarding, skills training, and development programs, creating or sourcing necessary materials.
- Conduct training using diverse methods including discussions, lectures, simulations, role-playing, videos and online learning.
- Track training and development activities, attendance, assessments, and feedback to evaluate effectiveness.
- Manage the training budget and maintain records and reports of expenses.
- Utilize project management resources, provide status updates on key projects, and stay current on instructional methodologies.
- Foster a friendly, respectful, professional and proactive working relationship within MA and with external contacts. Facilitate a cooperative, helpful work environment within the department and all departments and employees. Team player and willing to help out with various tasks, projects or assignments as needed.

Physical Aspects:
Reaching - Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Lifting - Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
Fingering - Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling.
Grasping - Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
Talking - Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.
Hearing - Perceiving the nature of sound with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make fine discriminations in sound, such as when making fine adjustments on machined parts.
Vision - 20 / 40 or better in the best eye with or without correction.
Repetitive Motions - Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
