Job Overview

The Talent & Recruitment Manager will manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs by being responsible for supporting the human resource department in recruitment, and screening of applicants, and maintaining various databases, files and reports along with providing support to the Human Resource Assistant Director with general human resource activities. This role requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations.
