Express Employment Professionals Dubuque has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Dubuque, IA, to actively recruit a 2nd shift Team Lead to join their team. This is a direct hire role, meaning the selected candidate will start on the company's payroll day one. Hours for this role are Mon-Thurs, 2:30pm-12:30am.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of Utility Operators
• Responsible for understanding quality and safety requirements
• Ensure the other team members are following the rules and processing jobs according
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise 

What you need:

• Some experience leading a team within a production or industrial environment

Starting pay: $22+/hr eligible for up to $1.60-$3.20 extra based on metrics.
