Seeking tier one technical support to provide basic customer care, troubleshooting, documentation and support. Candidates should have customer service skills, technical understanding and desire to help people.

Experience Required:

• Windows computer skills
• Time management
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail
• Active listening
• Good phone skills/etiquette
• Positive and pleasant to customers
• Ability to follow a task to completion
• Experience with Zendesk or other help desk software preferred
• Experience with Slack & Outlook 365 preferred
