  • Support IT team with technology rollouts and branch installations

  • Document processes and technical procedures

  • Ensure equipment meets bank security standards

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable banking regulations and internal policies

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to cybersecurity best practices

  • Experience working with enterprise-grade hardware systems

  • Understanding of how technology supports banking operations

  • Mentorship from experienced IT professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in hardware and infrastructure

  • Basic understanding of computer components and networking fundamentals

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Comfortable lifting and moving equipment as needed

Why Fidelity Bank & Trust?

  • Community-focused, mission-driven culture
