Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a temporary Payroll Processor for a local company. This position is estimated to go through December 6th. We are looking for candidates that can start as soon as possible.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to..

• Process changes in rate of pay, Federal/State tax exemptions, personal information, direct deposit/pay card information
• Produce and ship timekeeping materials
• Collect and track timekeeping materials
• Review timesheet exemption reports to detect payroll discrepancies
• Create payroll import and upload into system
• Prepare balancing sheet
• Other duties as needed

What you need:

• Prior payroll experience highly desired
• Great typing, data entry, and organization skills
• Critical thinking skills
• 1-2 years of office experience
• PC skills including MS Excel, Access, & Outlook
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• ADP Vantage experience is helpful but not required

Pay starts at $19/hour. The schedule for this role are either 7-3:30 or 7:30-4, Monday-Friday (in the office).
