Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Long term - Evaluation to Hire or Direct Hire

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a company in Dubuque. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in stainless steel welding.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel to precise specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• TIG welding experience required (stainless steel)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
