- New Employee Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new warehouse employees to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using various methods, such as hands-on training, classroom instruction, and digital tools.
- Skills Assessment: Assess the skills and performance of warehouse employees to identify areas for improvement and development.

Education/Experience:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations and training.
- Proven knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and tailor training to different learning styles.
- Attentive to details with excellent organizational abilities.
- Certification in forklift operation and other relevant equipment.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools a plus.
