River Valley Capital is growing at an unprecedented rate and is in need of Equipment Leasing and Finance Representatives to join our dynamic, fast-paced sales team. Our reps are responsible for generating, processing, and closing financial transactions with new and existing customers to assist in growing their transportation businesses. You will be establishing and maintaining relationships through prospecting and sales calls to trucking companies, as well as truck and trailer dealerships.

Finance Representatives are expected to cultivate clients as they see fit on a day to day basis and are encouraged to constantly explore new avenues.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required
• Highly Motivated
• Competitive in nature
• Willing to strive constantly to improve and achieve sales goals
• Self-disciplined
• High Energy level and Positive Attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone presence
• Previous Sales Experience
• Previous prospecting/lead generation experience

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of credit disciplines
• Experience with various finance products or services
• Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus!
