Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a Universal Banker position starting at $17/hour. The Universal Banker will be responsible for assisting customers and offering/selling financial products and services to both consumer and small business customers.

Essential Functions:

• All teller operations
• Follow bank policy guidelines
• Prepare transaction reports and instrument logs
• Participate in banking sales activities
• Work collaboratively with the banking team
• Maintain a detailed level of knowledge of retail products and services
• Resolve customer complaints
• Follow security policies
• Maintain confidential information
• Other duties as needed

Wage: $17/hour

Experience needed: 1-3 years working in a customer service setting

Position type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
