Position Description:
Do you love live entertainment? Then, come work at the Diamond Jo Casino in our amazing Mississippi Moon Bar. Our Ushers are responsible for greeting and communicating with guests, reading and locating guest’s seats, escorting guests to their seats, assisting in emergency evacuation procedures, and circulating through the venue to assist guest during the performances.

Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Must be able to navigate stairs
- Perform duties in low to no lighting situations
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
