Merchandise Sales Associate - Dubuque Fighting Saints

Please apply only if you can commit working every home game from September 2023 to end of season (April or May 2024). If you can work the season but need a few days off, that is fine.

Hours: 5:30 PM until approx. 10 PM depending on demand.  (Hours may vary)

This person will be accompanied by our Merchandise Team Leader during the games.

• Assist customers in choosing the right merchandise by guiding them through options
  • Friendly, upbeat customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • The ability to use a cash register
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience when dealing with difficult customers
  • Problem-solving skills
• On-the-job training provided
