A local company is seeking a Vinyl Technician to join their team. This role involves the installation of computer-cut and printed vinyl graphics on a wide range of surfaces — including vehicles, walls, windows, and signage — along with general shop duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

• Cut, weed, mask, and install vinyl graphics
• Install signage/graphics on interior and exterior walls, surfaces, and substrates
• Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles and a variety of other surfaces
• Assist with the installation of wayfinding, ADA signage, and channel letters
• Perform both in-shop production and on-site installs
• Operate hand-held tools, step ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts as needed

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with hand tools and installation equipment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and adapt to different projects
• Effective communication skills with a team-first attitude
• Reliability, integrity, and commitment to quality work

Additional Details:

• 1st shift hours
• Hourly rate: $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
• Long-term position
