Position Description: Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage VIP customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new membership for Boyd Rewards, increase rated play, and attend to VIP guests' needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests. Work at the Boyd Rewards counter assisting club reps.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• One to two years experience in customer service
• Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work schedule
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
