- Pick, pack, ship, and receive materials by hand
- Support job rotation and work designated within assigned department(s)
- Read and interpret documents (shipping docs, labels, diagrams, blueprints)
- Build or kit material to customer specifications
- Ensure quantity, quality, and labeling of material for correct storage location
- Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory
- Maintain records, complete audits, cycle counts, and required paperwork
- Palletize, shrink wrap goods, or otherwise secure materials to prepare for transport
- Report product damages and shortages
- Research and resolve inventory issues using appropriate resources
- Maintain safe and proper storage with specified packaging materials for all items handled
- Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership through ongoing communication
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
- Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
- Help ensure co-workers are working safely and following safety requirements
- Work toward continuous improvement
- Stay current with changing technology
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
Required:
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and understand labels, instruction, and safety guidelines
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, kneel, dexterity and light grasping, and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Ability to maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
- Previous RF scanning experience
