What You'll Do

Support managing material requirements for daily workload in assigned departments(s)
Prioritize and direct workforce to address hot items first
Coordinate work direction, organize and encourage teamwork within workforce
Support employees in effort to achieve daily objectives
Ensure all problem parts are tracked and resolved
Train, evaluate and make recommendations regarding personnel
Complete all reports in a timely manner
Ensure production meets Customer timelines
Communicate with Customer through e-mail, phone and face-to-face correspondence
Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
Participate in customer meetings as needed
Ensure quality and safety objectives are met
Support company’s philosophy regarding relationships to the customer, especially pertaining to Achieving Excellence Program
Work toward continuous quality improvement
Stay current with changing technology
Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

Reporting to this position: Assigned department(s) warehouse staff

What You Need

Required:

High school diploma, GED or continuing education
Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
Previous customer service experience

Preferred:

College degree and/or continuous education
Previous management experience
SAP software experience/knowledge
