Job Overview

A Dubuque company is looking for a Warehouse Trainer. As a Warehouse Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating the training of order fulfillment and receiving employees on technology and proper storage of inventory. An ideal candidate will be results-driven and have excellent observational and interpersonal skills. 

• Lead group or individual training sessions on receiving and/or order fulfillment activities
• Train and ensure inventory integrity through proper use of SAP software and scan gun technology
• Instruct how to accurately record and store items into appropriate location based on dimension, weight, and other factors
• Demonstrate and conduct hands-on training including evaluation of safe operation using power industrial equipment (i.e. forklift, overhead crane, etc.)
• Partner with Training Coordinator and Supervisors on training needs
• Assist in developing training content as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and instill trust within organization
• Be available to work with employees across three shifts
• Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
• Work toward continuous quality improvement
• Stay current with changing technology
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

• High School diploma, GED or continuing education
• SAP software/RF scan gun experience/knowledge
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)

• College degree and/or continuing education
• Customer Service experience
• Understanding of various learning styles

Hours: 6am-2:30pm, full-time
