What your focus will be as a Warehouse Trainer:

Lead group or individual training sessions on receiving and/or order fulfillment activities
Train and ensure inventory integrity through proper use of SAP software and scan gun technology
Instruct how to accurately record and store items into appropriate location based on dimension, weight, and other factors
Demonstrate and conduct hands-on training including evaluation of safe operation using power industrial equipment (i.e. forklift, overhead crane, etc.)
Partner with Training Coordinator and Supervisors on training needs
Assist in developing training content as needed
Maintain confidentiality and instill trust within organization
Be available to work with employees across three shifts
Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
Work toward continuous quality improvement
Stay current with changing technology
Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

What You Need

Required:

High School diploma, GED or continuing education
SAP software/RF scan gun experience/knowledge
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)

Preferred:

College degree and/or continuing education
Customer Service experience
Understanding of various learning styles
