The Weld & Beam Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing welding, machining, painting, prep, and material handling operations within the weld and beam buildings.
• Leads cross-functional teams, ensures safety and quality standards, manages production schedules, maintains equipment, and drives process improvements.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to meet customer and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in welding or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, quality standards, and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and manage production workflows
• Excellent communication, planning, and team-building skills
