Rite-Hite, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial loading dock and door solutions, is seeking a full-time 1st Shift Welder for Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures located in Dubuque, IA. Hours of work are 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures has been the world leader in dock seals and shelters since 1951. The company is privately held and has a history of strong research and development leading to new high quality products that pioneer the industry.

Job Description:

Rite-Hite welders are responsible for lays out, fits, and welding metal components used in the manufacturing of door products. Welders are expected to weld products to engineering specification with the highest level of quality as well as make suggestions for improvements to products and processes.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to read blueprints, work orders and use a computer required. Welding certificate preferred. Full and comprehensive training program provided.
