Job Overview

Job Summary:

A Welder is responsible for executing accurate welding of various materials and thickness to fit the specifications of our customers.

Hours: 5:00am - 3:15pm, Monday through Thursday (overtime hours as needed)

Responsibilities:

  • Safely set up parts for welding using hand tools, clamps, jigs and fixtures
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Align, position and fit components into fixtures as instructed
  • Set up operation of automated equipment
  • Ensure work meets quality standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient ability in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Welding experience or trade school welding program required
  • Successful complete of an in-house weld test
  • Ability to read tape measure accurately
  • Great work ethic and attendance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • High school diploma or GED required
