Stick Welder

Job Overview

• Perform MIG welding on steel frames and components (primary process)
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Fabricate, position, and secure structural parts for home chassis and framing
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Experience with MIG welding (Stick welding experience preferred)
• Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, square, etc.)
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

• Previous welding experience in manufacturing or construction
• AWS certification or similar (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a production environment
