Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for a manufacturing company in Peosta. 

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate weldments according to blueprints and AWS specifications
• Complete job set-ups using process sheets and work instructions
• Weld parts and components to precise specifications from drawings
• Maintain and organize your weld booth for efficient workflow
• Ensure fixtures are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Support inventory processes, including reporting month-end inventory
• Follow all safety policies and procedures in daily work

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous welding/fabrication experience
• Knowledge of ISO standards and procedures
• Familiarity with welding safety, including exposure to materials such as hexavalent chromium
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to manage time, shift priorities, and handle multiple jobs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• High school diploma or GED required
