Seeking Motivated Mechanic Assemblers to Join Our Team! Starting wage between $24 -$30/hr.

Job Overview

Advance Pump & Equipment, Inc. leads the industry with more than 30 years of custom design and manufacturing experience of vacuum tank trucks and trailers. We collaborate directly with each customer to gain an understanding of their needs and provide the highest quality product on the market. We are currently looking for motivated Mechanic Assemblers to join our team.

Our Mechanic Assemblers:

• Assist in all phases of mounting vacuum tank bodies to a truck chassis
• Utilize and control a variety of hand tools
• Work in a team environment to reach a common goal
• Must be able to reach, lift, kneel, walk, and stand for several hours at a time
• Dig into each project and do whatever is necessary to complete it efficiently
• Pay attention to details and perform all tasks accurately
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly
• Undergo a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Our Mechanical Service Technicians should have:

• At least 1-2 years experience working with truck equipment
• Experience and/or exposure to truck body equipment/hydraulic & electrical design
• Solid job history
  • With exposure to mechanical work, we are open to train the right applicant
• A background in heavy-duty truck and/or agricultural equipment highly desired
• MIG & TIG welding experience is also desired
