Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Six months to one year experience with customer relations required
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures/equipment and computer systems required
  • Familiarization with medical terminology and prior health care experience preferred
  • ​Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

Work Hours

  • We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/ week) Patient Access Representative to work every other weekend in the ER (8:00am- 6:00pm) and every Tuesday (7:00am- 5:30pm).
  • We are seeking a full-time (36 hours/ week) Patient Access Representative Float to work days and occasional evenings.

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of the Patient Access Representative are to arrange for efficient and orderly registration of Emergency, Inpatients and Outpatients.  A patient access representative ensures that accurate patient information is collected and that patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures. These duties will be performed in a “Customer oriented” professional manner

Director of Compliance

The Director of Compliance directs compliance policy creation, decision-making, and a compliance program, and acts as the compliance lead for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, providing guidance for the university on proactive health and safety and risk management. The Director responds to auditors on internal compliance audits to ensure compliance with institutional policies and/or laws and regulations and coordinates with other compliance programs to ensure efficiency and serves as the primary point of contact for university leadership on compliance matters.

The salary range for this position is $87,000 – $93,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a paid leave and benefits eligible position, reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in law, finance, business, or related field required.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of related compliance experience
  • Background and experience in Title IX
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations within higher education

Embroidery Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT AREN’T LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING):

  • Reads invoices/work orders to determine type and location of embroidery
  • Selects needle, thread, and thread color and threads it through machine guides and bobbin and adjusts and regulates machine settings
  • Attaches hoops to the garments and places them on the correct embroidery machine and removes them when embroidery is complete
  • Manages the quality control of production by ensuring that all apparel is quality checked and products are verified before packing
  • Repairs defective embroidery or fills in blanks left by embroidery machine
  • Cleans, trims, and folds garments
  • Bags or packages orders and contacts customers upon completion
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
  • Decorate designs on clothing and hats

·         Receives production order and job assignments and reads order to verify quantity to be run, overrun tolerance, color sequence, and substrate

·         Obtains substrate, screen, ink, squeegee, and related supplies needed to produce job

·         Sets up press according to established company guidelines, safety, and job requirements

·         Adjusts drying rack or sets dryer for proper drying or curing

·         Prints job maintaining optimum production speed and makes press adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, and color

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Systems or Database Administrator, or in a similar IT role.
  • ERP administration experience (Aptean Workwise TCM strongly preferred).
  • Strong SQL Server knowledge, including SSIS and SSRS.
  • Experience with EDI standards and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Nicelabel, Access databases, and automation scripting.
  • Solid networking, Windows Server, and Active Directory knowledge.
  • Proficiency in at least two scripting/programming languages (PowerShell, Python, VBA, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, SQL Server a plus).
