  A nursing role with Hospice of Dubuque includes:
•  functioning as a member of our interdisciplinary team,
•  assessing patient and family needs in a variety of settings and situations,
•  participating in developing and implementing individualized plans of care,
  Candidates should possess compassion, sensitivity and dedication, as well as strong problem-
  solving skills and the ability to work autonomously. Hospice of Dubuque provides orientation,

  Requirements:
•  RN with minimum one year of nursing experience
•  LPN with minimum of two years of nursing experience.
•  Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
•  Must be licensed in Iowa, and willing to obtain Illinois/Wisconsin license if not already
  licensed there.
