EXIT Realty Unlimited was founded in the Dubuque area in 2014 as a single agent company.  Since then, the brokerage has grown to over 60 agents and has multiple locations across Eastern Iowa.  The Brokerage owner and  internal team leader, Cody Burger,  has a distinct mission:  ‘Building Tomorrows Real Estate Professionals’.  Through this mission, he believes that finding the right talent is of the utmost importance in operating a high performing real estate brokerage of both new and experienced real estate professionals.
