Southwest Health is a non-profit health care system offering southwest Wisconsin a range of services within our various facilities. Our locations include a hospital and clinic in Platteville, Southwest Behavioral Services, a clinic and rehabilitation facility in Cuba City, and a soon-to-be clinic in Kieler, Wisconsin.

We are a model healthcare organization that provides the highest quality at the lowest possible cost to create healthier communities. The Joint Commission has awarded us full accreditation as a Health Care Organization because we strive to provide the best care possible and prove it by meeting the Joint Commissions' standards for high-quality care. We are also proud to be recognized two years in a row by Press Ganey as a Guardian of Excellence award winner for patient experience.

Southwest Health features a family clinic, Eye Center, birthing suites, a Specialty Clinic with cardiology, ENT, and pain management, a state-of-the-art Orthopedic Institute housing physical, occupational, speech therapies, and 24-hour emergency services, to name just a few.
