Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
  • Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing or have compact license privilege to practice in Wisconsin.
  • Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Work Hours

We are seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Physical Therapist to work Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-5:30pm. This position will primarily work with inpatients and geriatric outpatients.

Job Summary

Provides physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients, patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.
