Requirements

  • Minimum requirements of A Bachelor’s degree in clinical Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology with a rehabilitation experience. A Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology is preferred. Or be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy school and have a valid Wisconsin Respiratory care practitioner license with rehabilitation experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with telemetry, cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to complete immediately after hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • Highly encouraged to be member of state and national rehabilitation associations.
  • Basic proficiency in word processing and Excel programs; software proficiency covering a variety of health care/clinical record applications

Work Hours

We are seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Clinician to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's from 6:30am-3:00pm.

Job Summary

Provides direct patient care to cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients including various types of therapeutic exercise programs. Provides total patient care including evaluation, treatment plan, establishing treatment goals with an estimate of time to complete goals, education documentation of all relevant information, and communication with patient, other personnel and physicians.
