Work Hours

We are seeking a seasonal Groundskeeper to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position is temporary and will run from May/June through August

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Monitors facility environmental conditions.
2. Performs mowing, trimming, and upkeep with the grounds
3. Adheres to Southwest Health’s value-based behavior standards.
4. Understands and adheres to Southwest Health compliance and HIPAA standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
5. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of maintenance duties in and around the health center facilities under the direction of the Director of Facility Operations. Performs tasks assigned, including but not limited to operating and maintaining lawn mowing equipment, painting, power washing, and other various maintenance duties.
