Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Six months to one year previous maintenance experience with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical responsibilities required.
• Good knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Work Hours

• Monday-Friday, days (7:30am-4:00pm) includes on call responsibilities every fourth week and an every fourth weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of maintenance duties in and around the health center facilities under the direction of the Facility Operations Manager.  Operates and maintains various mechanical systems, performs repairs and completes preventative maintenance inspections.
