Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Physical Therapist to work at our Darlington Clinic, Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to outpatients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.
