Requirements

  • Wisconsin Medical License of M.D. or D.O. required
  • Completion of a residency and fellowship in Urology required
  • Must have board certification or board eligibility in Urology through the American Board of Urology

Work Hours

1. We are seeking a knowledgeable, full-time (40 hours/ week) Urologist to provide specialty care primarily at Southwest Health. In addition to duties at Southwest Health, there is opportunity to work in an ancillary appointment with the UW School of Medicine and Public Health Division of Adult Urology.

Job Summary

The Urologist will specialize in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of diseases and disorders of genitourinary organs and tracts. This includes female urinary tract conditions as well as conditions affecting the male reproductive organs. Emphasis will be placed on prevention, diagnosis, and therapeutic management, with a strong commitment to utilizing consultations and community resources when appropriate.
