We are seeking a Content Licensing Specialist with expertise in researching, securing, and managing third-party content rights for print and digital products. This role ensures assets align with copyright laws, company rights strategy, schedules, and budgets. The specialist collaborates with authors, editors, project teams, and external vendors to assess risk, negotiate licensing terms, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective content on time.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as an expert on McGraw Hill rights management requirements, ensuring compliance with copyright laws, assessing risk, and resolving rights-related issues.
  • Direct the research, selection, and clearance of third-party assets for print and digital products.
  • Guide external resource vendors in negotiating licensing terms and rates, serving as the primary escalation point for non-standard or complex contracts.
  • Collaborate with and coach authors, editors, and content developers on content planning, while partnering with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective assets.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, monitor costs, and provide accurate budget and spend reporting.

 

What you can bring to this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and or content licensing, with a demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and project management skills to drive effective outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated understanding of rights management for third-party content, including plagiarism, fair use, copyright, and permission licensing.

The pay range for this position is between $40,000 – $54,500 annually. You’ll be:

  • Understand the technology that is available to the members and demonstrate to them how to use it.
  • Maintain ongoing servicing of credit files, updating information when necessary.
  • Make recommendations to Business Lending Processing Supervisor about possible methods of improving the efficiencies in the department as well as evaluating processes and recommending procedure changes as necessary.
  • Work professionally and efficiently to solve members’ problems with their accounts.
  • Order and prepare supporting documentation needed for loan file as necessary (ex. mortgage appraisals, title searches, surveys, pest inspections, copy of insurance policies, verifications, etc)
  • Prepare various letters and forms to business members, ie: commitment letters, adverse action letters, guaranty letters, etc.
  • Complete Account and Credit References.
  • Scan any and all documents, as needed.
  • Maintain daily overdraft and NSF report and Paids report
  • Maintain and track expiring insurance report, processor pending report, maturity report, UCC renewal report and adjustable loan rate report
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures daily including distribution of mail

You’ll need:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive way when dealing with membership and other staff members.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance position is preferred.
  • Contribute to the Business Lending Department working as a cohesive team.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Devote sufficient time to perform job functions, duties and responsibilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. (ie GED.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Administrative Coordinator

A local construction company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join its team. This role provides accounts payable support to the accounting department and administrative coordination for the Estimating and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Support

  • Enter invoices into the accounting and workflow management systems

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Fills in for the employees during breaks and any type of absence while maintaining the continuing quality of the plant operations.

 Fully operate all necessary equipment in assigned area.

 Record downtime, can loss, lot numbers, record temperature, and any other report document.

 Ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.

 Perform weekly sanitation.

 Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B.E.S.T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. Bulk Operator – Night Shift

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Read and accurately interpret batching sheets and other production documents to determine the order and quantity of ingredients. Batching sheets will also contain references to “super-micros” that are pre-weighed by Quality Assurance personnel. These must be added to complete batching requirements.

 Stage ingredients to be batched. Clean totes to contain the batches.

 Write accurately to record production-related data including but not limited to recording lot numbers and supplier for each ingredient on batch sheets, recording batching date code on ingredient tags, recording plan # for which gravy is intended.

 Ensure each ingredient bag is inspected as it is being dumped checking for the condition of the bag, foreign material, grain lumps, off-color, off odor, infestation, or expired materials.

 Perform batching, weighing each ingredient per the card into a tote, labeling tote, and staging tote.

 Ensure the operator stays 15 batches ahead according to the production schedule.

 Conduct general cleaning of the area including maintenance of gravy room, filtration system and dry ingredient area in a clean and orderly fashion. All totes shall be vacuumed or wiped clean prior to batching gravies. Cover unused ingredients to prevent contamination and tape opened bags shut, dating and initialing each one.

 Participates as a member of the Team. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Safely grind meats for use in various formulas.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Check that grinders are assembled. Prepare meats on meat table in order thrown. Ensure that proper meats are batched for each formula and weight specification by selecting the proper meats for the formula and conveying them to the grinders. Push meats onto conveyors as indicated by each product formula. Inspect meat blocks for foreign material, spoilage, off odor, green meat and/or excess denaturing. Reverse plate and change knives. Wash down floor and equipment between batches. Shovel scrap meat from floor to scrap totes with drainage holes. Clean and stack empty pallets neatly for removal to the designated area. Run the fresh meats side of the meat room. Perform weekly sanitation.

General Laborer – Day Shift

Assists in general tasks to support the needs of producing and packaging products according to company and governmental standards. 

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 

This is a general laborer position. This position will perform task that may include but are not limited to the following: packing product, stacking and unstacking product to meet customers’ orders, sorting  finished goods, document damaged goods, verifying packaging code and UPC to match planned product,  general cleaning and sanitation of facility and surrounding grounds, and other task as assigned by management.
