  • 3D Modeling and 2D Drawing/Drafting

  • Generate project Bill of Materials

Seasonal Location Customer Service

IAS is hiring for two Seasonal CSR openings in their West Central Region. Long term ability to float among locations in region.  Main offices will be either Faulkner or Union Iowa.  Hours dictated by coverage needs and seasonal demands.

Primary Objective:  To provide customer service and accurate accounting functions at the location to benefit IAS and its member-owners.

Major Accountabilities:

The following duties are typical for this job.  These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Depending on location, some activities may not apply if a specific department product or service is not provided by a location.

  • Report to assigned workplace at time specified; report late arrivals or absences to supervisor before start time.
  • Conduct counter sales and process incoming and outgoing calls in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Conduct weighing of grain and farm supply products; grading of incoming and outbound grain.
  • Make set weekly customer communications by the preference of the farmer either via phone, text, or email to engage customers on product and service offerings across divisions, and track and document call engagement details for each call in the CRM platform.
  • Processing of daily location grain tickets and entry of work orders for feed and agronomy divisions.
  • Complete daily edits of counter and other departmental invoicing.
  • Complete billing of feed, agronomy, and energy products and services from the location.
  • Provide grain marketing assistance and information on grain transactions to customers including regular communication with house grain customers to foster business growth by being proficient with grain contracts offered by IAS.
  • Assigned locations grain origination (outbound and inbound phone calls) including answering questions vs just forwarding calls.
  • Process locations grain settlements and direct ship process.
  • Process locations grain contracts, knowing how they work, and educating our customers on the base contracts.  If customers have a deeper risk management appetite, referral and connection made to the Grain Team.
  • Process locations 10-day list.
  • Process locations mail (including contracts outgoing).
  • Scanning/signatures on contracts.
  • Process locations grain bid recording.
  • Inventory control, physical count, and accurate billing.
  • Daily deposit of receivables.
  • Processing bill of lading on feed and fertilizer receipts; keep a perpetual inventory of feed and fertilizer products.
  • Invoicing for independent truck drivers and trucker payables.
  • Other general administrative support for the location as needed.
  • Accept and carry out any other assigned tasks by the Location Manager.
  • As a commitment to serving the customer and supporting ongoing business needs, this position may occasionally be required to report to and work for another IAS location or assist in the training of others taking a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or office administration or relevant coursework with two years of customer-facing customer service.
  • Is professional and displays a high level of initiative, detail, effort, and commitment toward completing assignments with quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Strong collaborator, ability to communicate information or ideas effectively in written or oral form. Strong people skills.
  • Ability to organize, deal with change effectively, and work on multiple tasks concurrently while managing deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Multi-line phone experience

Physical Requirements/Environmental Adaptability:

  • Requires static strength to lift, push, pull, or, on occasion, carry objects with a minimum weight of 50 pounds. Also, flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Some tasks involve repetitive motion.

Library Services Coordinator

Position Summary

  • Completes set up and tear down of requested therapeutic equipment and requested food for Feeding Therapy

Responsibilities

The Production Team Leader is a mid-level technical leadership position that is responsible for providing technical, quality, procedural and team leadership.

· Follow all Amcor safety and environmental policies and procedures

· Follow OSHA rules and regulations

· Monitor quality of product; inspects bottles for defects, inspects boxes for damage and properly follows customer pack patterns

· Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant

· Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines; wear protective clothing, long-sleeved shirt, jeans or slacks, hair net, latex gloves and practices good hygiene

· Willing and able to work overtime when needed

· Effectively respond in an Emergency Situation such as Fire, and Accident and direct the activities of others

· Follow all Department Procedures and Directives

· Minimize scrap on each machine, verify correct color concentration

· Prepare for and monitor product changeovers, verify line clearances.

· Pack bottles to support packers at breaks/lunches

· Perform Daily and weekly preventive maintenance on assigned equipment

· Complete machine production line reports and stability operations data collection

· Responsible for identifying and reacting to various sounds and alarms

· Assist Material Operator, Forklift Operator, Machine Operator and Inspector/Packers with responsibilities as needed

· Provide appropriate and timely feedback on performance

· Responsible for acting as Production Supervisor on occasion

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

· High school diploma/GED or three years of experience with production equipment

· Three years in a leadership role or one year as a Berry Machine Operator with shown leadership ability

· Must have the ability to multi-task

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

· Must be able to monitor quality of machine output

· Capable of lifting (up to 35 pounds).

· Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms

· Must be able to follow all department procedures and directives.

· Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.

· Must have written and verbal communication skills

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

· Manufacturing experience

· Experience with Stretch/ Injection Blow Molding Equipment, especially Nissei, Aoki, Sidel and Husky

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for movement of all materials to and from the production department.

Responsible for finished product from the production department, including the EBM packout and ΓÇ£NETSTAGEΓÇ¥ areas.

Responsible for the movement of held ware from bays to be sorted. Once sorting is completed, movement back to bays.

Responsible for daily fork truck checks, including battery changes.

Inspect and properly package product for shipment to our customers.

Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant.

Promotes Safety by following all Plant Safety rules and reports violations and unsafe practices to appropriate Management Personnel.

Follows GMP policy, product safety and daily cleaning.

Must be able to follow the ISO and Quality Management Systems

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for ensuring Amcor production is in compliance with all applicable Regulations.

Must maintain fork truck certification.

Must be able to lift boxes from floor level to approximately 5ft. high.

Must be able to lift boxes that weigh 35lbs.

Must be able to distinguish between slight variations in color.

Must be able to maintain correct carton and skid count on production form each assigned machine.

Must be able to properly and completely fill out labels and paperwork.

Must be able to visually inspect bottles for defects.

Must be able to verify correct weight and counts.

Must be able to construct cardboard boxes from collapsed cartons.

Must be able to move skids of finished product with a pallet jack.

Must be able to climb a ladder.

Must be able to sort held ware correctly.

Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed.
