Job Description

Responsible for observing standard of service for: coffee breaks, meetings, breakfast, lunch, dinner set up, receptions, and buffets. Reviews guest count and menu by referring to the Banquet Event Order Form (BEO Form). Sets tables according to the BEO Form. Attends staff meetings and training sessions.

  • Acts as lead employee for event, working to ensure all guest needs are met and event plan is successfully completed.
  • Review guest count and menu by referring to the Banquet Event Order Form (BEO form)

  • Maintains overall professional appearance of the banquet area, set up of various buffets and food stations
  • Responsible for observing Casino standard of service for:  coffee breaks, meetings, breakfast, lunch, dinner set up, receptions and buffets
  • May present, open and pour wine when serving guests
  • Attends staff meetings and training sessions, as required, to increase performance and knowledge
  • Stores and maintains all equipment in proper fashion
  • Ensures guest satisfaction at the banquets and events.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to be self directed and make decisions.
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for period of up to four hours in length.
  • Adhere to all company policies as defined by the Employee Handbook.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed per standard.
  • Answer questions and relate requests/complaints to supervisor/manager.
  • May present, open and pour wine when serving guests.
  • Assists supervisor/manager as needed with tasks associated with events.
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for several hours.
  • Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.                                                                                   
  • Communicating with back of the house and front of the house personnel to provide a banquet/dining experience that meets or exceeds guest’s expectations.
  • Observes diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

The Manager of Delivery Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day product delivery execution and ensuring product delivery teams operate efficiently, predictably, and in alignment with organizational priorities. What you will do:

Delivery Execution & Oversight

  • Oversee product delivery execution across assigned product development teams or initiatives
  • Ensure product delivery plans are outcome-based, capacity-aware, and achievable
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, and risks across product delivery and other initiatives
  • Proactively identify product delivery issues and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure consistent application of product delivery standards, practices, and cadences

People Leadership & Coaching

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop Project Managers (Operators)
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and performance support

  • Partner with Product and Business leaders to align product delivery plans

Service Coordinator (Dispatcher)

Managed Solutions Group has an opening for a Full-time Technical Services Coordinator. The Technical Services Coordinator will work cooperatively with the service staff and other members of the team assisting with the delivery of technology-based services and solutions for new and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process customer service requests as they arrive through email or direct customer input
  • Coordination of IT support groups scheduling service incidents in call tracking system
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests and review and correct work orders for accurate accounting of inventory and technician labor hours
  • Work with coworkers to monitor and manage the just-in-time parts and supplies procurement and distribution and manages onsite inventory of key parts and consumable items.
  • Schedule and track preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate and track contracts and schedule service requests with third party vendors
  • Communication with customers keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or delays
  • Analyze data to ensure that performance standards are maintained and customer requirements are consistently met

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, ideally in a professional business or operations support environment.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Requires strong computer skills including knowledge of web-based software platform, networks and MS Office Suite to include proficiency in spreadsheet software and word processing.
