What Will You Do?

The Electrical Technicians are individuals with high mechanical aptitude, who are comfortable using hand/power tools and willing to learn and take directions.

Our products are built utilizing an assortment of documents to assemble and construct manufactured commercial and industrial refrigeration products in our production environment. This is a hands-on, in-person position at our Dyersville, IA location that requires engaged employees who are willing to learn and take direction. You will receive day-to-day job training, guidance, and direction from qualified personnel to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the electrical layout per design documentation and wiring schematics on assigned projects
  • Determine mounting of major components for the electrical system including rack controllers, transformers, auxiliary panels, variable frequency drives, etc.
  • Wire pressure switches, solenoid valves, compressors, and other auxiliary devices.
  • Perform periodic audits throughout electrical production processes to ensure standards are maintained
  • Assist workers engaged in inspecting and testing activities to ensure continuous control over raw materials and finished products.
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving work problems related to product design layout.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and reinforce the team approach with co-workers.
  • Interact professionally with all departments, vendors, and customers for the betterment of Zero Zone.

What Are We Looking For?

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of you for this position:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prompt and regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required as we conduct daily onsite training.
  • Experience with hand tools, and measuring tools is required.
  • Additional attributes needed are detail and quality oriented, dependable, and self-motivated, which could lead to cross training and growth opportunities.
  • Employee must regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, lift, climb or balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. Position Summary

The Production Planner is responsible for planning and establishing production schedules for a defined segment of our manufacturing operations involving highly diversified parts and assemblies. This role works closely with Purchasing, Material Handling, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure materials and schedules align with the master production plan and corporate objectives.

This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer service levels, balanced inventory, and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and release production orders to achieve goals related to inventory, customer service, quality, safety, and budget.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed due to changes in demand, material availability, or production constraints.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely release of materials to support production schedules.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Material Handling teams to resolve production issues.
  • Implement and support Engineering design changes within the production schedule.
  • Analyze inventory records and address discrepancies to maintain accurate planning data.
  • Evaluate component usage history, order trends, forecasts, supplier minimums/multiples, lead times, and cost impacts.
  • Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree and/or 3+ years of progressive experience in production planning or related areas.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a planning role preferred.
  • Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process documentation.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (experience with Epicor Kinetic and Visual PDM a plus).
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (Kanban, JIT, Value Stream Mapping, One Piece Flow).
  • Understanding of OSHA workplace regulations and industrial safety systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Child Care Aide

SUMMARY
The Child Care Lab Assistant will provide standard services to children in the childcare center. Responsibilities
will include conducting activities for children, tasks to maintain child hygiene, feeding children, preparing billing
as needed and preparing forms required to maintain child center licenses. The position would be approximately
20 hours/week with pro-rated benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Conducts activities for children to foster their physical and developmental needs; duties may involve
selecting age-appropriate activities, providing guidance, and other nurturing activities.
• Prepares and maintains a variety of records related to operational and/or client/childcare activities to
