Tucker Freight Lines Pricing Admin will play a key role in supporting the pricing and sales teams by providing data-driven insights and managing customer and pricing information throughout the RFP, contract, and sales lifecycle. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate and efficient processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Incorporate reference pricing from DAT and TFL data sources into shipper RFPs to provide competitive and accurate pricing.
- Assist with data management throughout the RFP process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Organize shipper lane awards and input awarded lanes into electronic systems such as HubSpot, Freight Science, and TMW rating systems.
- Reconcile customer billing rates and miles with auto-calculated rates/miles to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer and contact records in TMW and the CRM (HubSpot).
- Curate, upload, and monitor customer scorecards in the CRM, providing actionable insights based on trends.
- Analyze customer data and scorecards to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct customer and contact research using tools like ZoomInfo to support sales and pricing initiatives.
