How will you make an impact?
We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Inside Sales Account Manager. This individual will manage and support a designated territory and customer base to attain and surpass quota by strategically working any given sales orientated task as directed by the Inside Sales Manager or Inside Sales Vice President. 

 

This is a remote position that requires up to 30% of travel in your designated territory. The ideal candidate should reside in Ohio or Kentucky. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States.  

 

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by advancing the sale, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market penetration.
  • Develop deep knowledge of McGraw-Hill PreK–12 programs and deliver consultative, engaging product presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Build, manage, and prioritize a customer base by developing customer profiles, identifying needs, and maintaining visibility and promotional activity.
  • Execute strategic territory plans, perform targeted outreach via phone and email, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong follow-through.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to influence sales and develop winning solution proposals.
  • Operate efficiently in a full-time remote role, leveraging multiple software platforms and devices, with up to 30% travel as needed.

 

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3 years’ education and/or sales experience required.
  • Microsoft software skills: Outlook and Power Point (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate),
  • Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven ability to organize daily tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and complete work without external distractions.
  • Prior experience working in the educational publishing space is highly preferred. 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 – $75,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. What You’ll Do
  • Safe Equipment & Vehicle Operation: Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, yard trucks, tractor-trailers, and straight trucks to move and deliver materials to designated locations. Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials following all safety guidelines and protocols. Conduct pre-operational equipment checks to ensure proper functionality and report any issues promptly.  
  • Regulation Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and complaint operations.  
  • Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products. Transport materials to designated locations as required. Verify the accuracy of shipments and receipts, reporting any discrepancies. 
  • Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting material and trailer movements and updating the inventory management system. Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low stock or potential shortages. Organize materials and trailers to optimize space and easy access.  
  • Effective Communication: Interact professionally and effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership, providing clear updates on material movement and assisting with any issues or inquiries.  
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  To process claims and determine accommodation options following written guidelines and procedures pursuant to ADA, state and/or client requirements; to make timely referrals for appropriate disability and federal/state leave of absence eligibility review; and to ensure the ongoing processing of claims. *Spanish or Portuguese speaking a plus*

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Informs claimants of documentation required to process claims, required time frames, and claims status either by phone, written correspondence and/or claims system.
  • Reviews medical information to determine if the claimant meets the requirements under ADA, state, and/or client requirements for a qualifying condition.
  • Makes claim determinations to approve non-complex ADA claims or makes a recommendation to team lead to deny claims based on the ADA, state, and/or client requirements.  Processes ADA claims ensuring compliance with duration control guidelines, ADA and state regulations, and/or client-specific process provisions.
  • Determines accommodation options; makes timely claims referrals for appropriate disability or federal/state leave of absence eligibility reviews where applicable.
  • Conducts initial employee interview per process guidelines.
  • Utilizes the appropriate clinical and vocational resources in case assessment (i.e. duration guidelines, in-house clinicians, ADA job accommodation specialists). 
  • Refers cases as appropriate to team lead.
  • Maintains professional client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting the department supervisor’s daily production goals by communicating production needs and coordinating production materials and resources accordingly. The position provides daily work direction, directly assisting employees and working in production as required under the direction of the area supervisor.

Required Experience:

This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); along with at least five years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
