Palletizer Operator – Day Shift

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Produce pallets of product properly stacked product, stretch wrapped, and ready to stored in the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures the palletizing machine are running at all times. Troubleshoot all palletizer machine malfunctions / abnormalities in a timely manner to maintain over-all line efficiency. This will include troubleshooting the machine, shuttle cars, wrappers and photo eyes. Inform maintenance of any repairs that are needed on any of the equipment. Select appropriate palletizing pattern. Verify code date at each changeover. Notify forklift driver of change over. Ensure pallets are of acceptable quality. Comply with QA standard guidelines. Ensure that all finished pallets are of acceptable quality. Check pallet pattern for each product. Verify that palletizer is set up for the correct bag size and pattern. Optimize stack patterns to uphold the BEST quality for the customer by minimizing over-hang, eliminating product gaps and presenting a tightly stacked symmetrical pallet. Coordinate material handling. Keep open communication with forklift driver to ensure that the lines do not run out of materials. Communicate with the Parsons/Thiele operators to plan ahead for upcoming changeovers. Change materials out as needed when changing products. Ensure that the correct materials are being utilized per product. I.E. Correct pallets, slip sheets and film. Assist the manifestor in the LP process. Cover the manifest station while this employee is on break. Verify ACCURACY of LP’s applied to pallets. Ensure G-Code and quantity are CORRECT.

Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc.

Technical Experience: Experience running large machines, fast paced production experience preferred

Packaging Inspector – Day Shift

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ensuring leads are aware of any changes for Trays Can size, Can codes, Schedule order

 Inspect cans for; label alignment, can codes, UPC, dents, droops and all other can defects

 Strip improper labels with hands and cutting utensil

 Notify supervisor and maintenance of any mechanical problems or potential problems

 Notify Tray Packer operator of label or code changes

 Monitor and ensure proper label adhesion

 Assist with can changeovers.

 Manage down time for cleanup.

 Verify that the can code matches the schedule and labels.

 Communicate changeovers with Unloader/Brite Stacker operators.

 Communicate with Palletizer operator to ensure proper pallet count.

 Perform weekly sanitation.

Maintenance Tech – Day Shift

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Repairs, replaces, corrects or affects equipment as needed to ensure equipment operates correctly and efficiently according to production requirements.

Consults with engineers and vendors as needed. Accomplishes layout work for each project as needed. Will be able to troubleshoot equipment.

  • Analyzes and authorizes claims and determines benefits due pursuant to a plan.
  • Enters and adjusts payments and evaluates file interface to support payment research and resolution.
  • Communicates clearly with claimant and client on all aspects of the claims process including: claim approval, decision authority level to move the call forward, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitates claim resolution with claimant, human resources managers, treating physician’s office, client, or other callers.
  • Ensures claims files are coded correctly and that adequate documentation is in the claim.
  • Reviews and analyzes complex medical information (i.e. diagnostic tests, office notes, operative reports, etc.) to determine if the claimant is disabled as defined by the disability plan and take all necessary action to manage claims process to completion.     
  • Informs claimants and client of documentation required to process claims, required timeframes, payment information and claims status.     
  • Determines benefits due, makes timely claims payments/approvals and adjustments for workers compensation, Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), and other disability offsets.

  • Medically manages routine disability claims ensuring compliance with duration control guidelines and plan provisions.

  • Communicates clearly and timely with claimant and client on all aspects of claims process by phone, written correspondence and/or claims system.

  • Coordinates investigative efforts ensuring appropriateness; provides thorough review of contested claims.

  • Evaluates and arranges appropriate referral of claims to outside vendors or physician advisor reviews, surveillance, independent medical evaluation, functional capability evaluation, and/or related disability activities.

As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally competent care for patients with acute medical and surgical conditions. What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Office Support
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming, positive presence
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Administrative & Team Support
• Create, update, and format documents using Microsoft Office
• Prepare and distribute certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and policy documents
• Support sales and service teams with printing, binding, scanning, and filing
• Assist with renewal preparation, questionnaires, and loss run requests
• Run motor vehicle records and submit to insurance carriers as needed
• Process cancellations and assist with day-end close functions

Organization & Communication
