Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Interpret detailed blueprints, work orders and engineering specifications determine production standards and tolerance limits. 
• Perform inspection on pre-pour, post-pour, and final product, ensuring conformance to specifications. 
• Perform fresh and hardened concrete testing on concrete material. 
• Route product for re-work. 
• Complete all required records and paperwork to include inspection reports, damage reports, return reports, and re-work orders, and any other documentation according to PCI standards. 
• Ensure finished product is loaded correctly to minimize possible damage during transportation. 
• Analyze inspection results and assist in addressing and resolving production problems causing deviations from existing standards. 
• Communicate with plant supervision noted deviations of tolerances and quality. 
• Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. 
• Make recommendations regarding safe working methods.

The Yard Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the precast yard, with a focus on managing staff, equipment, and workflow. This includes supervising the handling and storage of precast products, as well as the operation of gantry cranes and other material-handling equipment.

  • Runs machine and makes changeovers per scheduling

 Regulate the dropping temperature, as required. Follow batch sheet guidelines or Supervisor instructions.

Chief Dental Officer

Crescent Community Health Center is seeking a full-time Chief Dental Officer (CDO). As our CDO, you’ll provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our dental department. You’ll guide strategic direction of the clinic, oversee and champion expansion of services, provide direct dental care to patients, and lead educational efforts with dental residents through the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Program. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines leadership, mentorship, strategy, and patient-centered care.

Crescent Community Health Center located in Dubuque, Iowa, provides access to dental, healthcare, and wellness services for the Tri-State area. Our state-of-the-art facility (2nd largest in Iowa) consists of 35 operatories, an oral surgery center and an onsite dental lab. We have invested in new equipment such as intraoral scanners, milling machines, 3D imaging, rotary Endo, and surgical microscopes, which reflects our commitment to embrace advanced technology. We will also soon work in the community with our new two-operatory mobile dental clinic. These investments align well with our mission to offer high quality comprehensive care to all age groups.

CDO Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a strong day-to-day leadership presence for all dental department staff.
  • In collaboration with the CEO, develop and implement the dental scope of practice which best serves all patients of the community.
  • Member of the Senior Leadership Team and attend weekly meetings.
  • Direct involvement with identification of grant funding sources and procurement of funding to support activities in the dental clinic.
  • Supports adherence to and champions organizational compliance efforts throughout the clinic, but especially in the dental department.
  • Lead development of clinical protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Will perform various cleaning, maintenance and monthly check list duties to keep the warehouse clean and organized inside and out. Will also assist with various miscellaneous duties as needed in warehouse. Will use a forklift to do some of the duties, but occasional heavy lifting up to 60# will also be required. Morning shift may occasionally be required to report to work earlier if needed for snow removal, warehouse duties, etc.

  • Load and bale shrink wrap and cardboard in compactor

  • Springtime:
  • Empty gas and add Stabile to snow blowers to prepare for storage, wrap snow blowers on pallet and store above dock doors
  • Move shovels and salt to utility room
  • Remove snow fence and store above shipping dock doors if needed
  • Spray weeds in yard, parking areas and around facility
  • Clean and hose down fans to be used in warehouse
  • Miscellaneous lawn & garden maintenance and removal of weeds, bushes, trees, etc.

  • Winter:
  • Fill snow blowers with gas, check oil, clean to prepare for first snow fall
  • Place shovels and salt by all main exits in office and warehouse
  • Snow blow, shovel and salt walkways, yard area and emergency exits as needed during shift
  • Pick up warehouse fans, clean and store
  • After measurable snowfall, report to work at 5:00 am to clean sidewalks and emergency exits using snow blower, shovels, or ATV. Salt as needed.
  • After heavy snowfall accumulation, use snow blower on flat office roof

  • Other duties as requested by management by include but will not be limited to:

Work Environment and Working Conditions

Extreme noise and vibrations may occasionally be experienced. Associates may be subjected to hazards such as burns, cuts, strains, electrical, explosive, and mechanical.
